Zuerst zuhause – Swiss new-build projects

Overview

Zuerst zuhause – Swiss new-build projects is a Model Context Protocol server that gives you early access to Swiss building applications and new residential projects months before they appear in public listings. By connecting through MCP, your AI assistant can query this data directly as callable tools rather than requiring manual data transfer between applications.

The server runs as a hosted remote endpoint at https://zuerstzuhause.ch/mcp with no local installation needed and no authentication required. Version 1.0.0 is the latest release, and full documentation is available at https://zuerstzuhause.ch/ratgeber/ki-assistenten.

Zuerst zuhause – Swiss new-build projects is listed in the Development category on mcp.site. It works with all MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain this server for zuerstzuhause.ch, you can claim this listing to verify ownership and keep information up to date.
