Umlout is a Model Context Protocol server that lets you create and edit UML, flowchart, wireframe, and sequence diagrams on an Umlout whiteboard. By exposing diagram tools through MCP, it lets AI assistants work with your visual designs as callable tools, eliminating the need to copy and paste between applications.

Umlout runs as a hosted remote service at https://www.umlout.com/mcp/sse. You authenticate with an API Key and connect your MCP client directly—no local installation required. The server is at v1.0.0, released under the MIT license, with source code available at dmkorj/umlout-mcp on GitHub.
