There There is an AI helpdesk platform by Spatie that integrates with your AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol. It lets you read and triage support tickets, compose replies, and manage your knowledge base—all through tools that your AI model can invoke directly.

This is a hosted remote server, so there's nothing to install locally. Simply point your MCP client to https://there-there.app/mcp to connect. No authentication is required. The latest release is v1.0.0.
