Overview

Splot is an MCP server that brings persistent food journaling directly into your AI assistant. It lets you log meals, save recipes, plan meals, and track nutrition, with all data persisting across conversations so your assistant can understand your dietary habits and preferences over time.

Splot runs as a hosted remote server at https://app.splot.health/mcp with no authentication required and nothing to install locally. Version 1.0.0 is the current release. Simply point your MCP client to the endpoint and start using it immediately.
