Scout is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Find licensed real estate agents, search MLS, route leads. Remote MCP for SC + GA brokerages. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.
It's a hosted (remote) server — point your client at https://scout.realestate/api/mcp and you're connected, with nothing to install locally. The current release is v0.1.0, published under the MIT license, with source at Flikah/scout-mcp on GitHub.
