Overview

Roomline is a Model Context Protocol server that helps rent-by-the-room landlords manage their properties and tenants. It tracks who is late on rent, identifies vacancies, and sends reminders—all through tools that any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call directly during conversations or agent runs.

The server runs as a remote endpoint at https://mcp.roomline.app/api/mcp with no local installation required. It needs no authentication to connect. Version v1.2.0 is the current release.

Roomline belongs in the Productivity category and works with MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Zed, and others. If you maintain Roomline, claim this listing to verify ownership and keep information up to date.
