Overview

Projectory is a Model Context Protocol server that lets you search and explore UAE off-plan developments and registered residential sales. Instead of switching between tools and copying data manually, your AI assistant can query Projectory directly as a callable resource, streamlining property research and market analysis.

The server runs remotely at https://mcp.projectory.ae/mcp with no local installation required. Current release is v0.6.0, and authentication is not needed to connect. Visit https://projectory.ae/mcp/ for more details.

Projectory is listed in the Development category on mcp.site and works with any MCP client including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain Projectory, claim this listing to verify ownership, receive the Verified badge, and keep information up to date.
