It handles git operations, application deployments across staging and production environments, and Postgres database management, all with owner approval for sensitive operations. Any MCP-compatible AI assistant can invoke Plinth's tools in conversations or agent workflows, letting the model determine when and how to use them.

Plinth runs as a hosted remote server—simply point your MCP client to https://tryplinth.dev/mcp to connect without any local installation. No authentication is required. The current release is v1.0.0.
