Overview

Pillwise is a Model Context Protocol server that lets AI assistants look up US medications directly. Search for drugs by name, find available forms and strengths, retrieve NDC and RxCUI codes, and check for recalls and shortages—all through a single MCP connection instead of switching between apps.

The server runs as a remote endpoint at https://api.pillwise.dev/mcp. You'll need an API Key to authenticate. The latest release is v1.0.0. Full documentation is available at https://pillwise.dev/docs/mcp.

Pillwise is listed in the Memory category on mcp.site and works with any MCP client including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain Pillwise, claim this listing to verify ownership and keep the information up to date.
