Pdf To Markdown

Overview

Pdf To Markdown is an MCP server that converts public PDF links into Markdown format with page counts and explicit excerpt limits. It makes PDF content accessible and structured for AI workflows by transforming documents into readable, manageable text that language models can process effectively.

The server runs as a remote endpoint at https://pdfmd.dev/mcp with no authentication required and nothing to install locally. Current release is v1.0.0. Simply point your MCP client to the endpoint and start converting PDFs.

Pdf To Markdown belongs in the File System category on mcp.site and works with MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Zed, and others. If you maintain this server, claim your listing to verify ownership and keep the information current.
