Pass-through tax rules

Overview

Pass-through tax rules is a Model Context Protocol server that surfaces cited, tax-year-dated rules covering state pass-through entity tax, the federal SALT cap, and bonus-depreciation conformity. Instead of manually searching across tax resources, you can query this server directly from your AI assistant as a set of callable tools.

The server runs as a remote endpoint at https://passthroughtax.com/api/mcp with no authentication required and nothing to install locally. Current release is v0.2.0. Learn more at https://passthroughtax.com.

Pass-through tax rules is listed in the Development category on mcp.site. Any MCP client can use it—including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain this server, claim this listing to verify ownership and keep information up to date.
