LOCK IN — Social Media Addiction & Dopamine Reset

Overview

LOCK IN is an MCP server that connects your AI assistant to an iOS dopamine detox app featuring social media blocking and screen time management tools. By adding LOCK IN to your Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, or other MCP client, you can programmatically control app blocking, monitor usage patterns, and manage screen time directly from your workflows without switching between applications.

The server runs as a hosted remote endpoint at https://mcp.getrewired.org/mcp with no local installation needed. Current version is v1.0.0, and the open-source code is available at devsrodrigo/lockin-mcp on GitHub. No authentication is required to connect.

LOCK IN is listed in the Marketing category on mcp.site and works with all major MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain this project, claim this listing to earn a Verified badge and ensure the information stays up to date.
