Overview

Kairo is a Model Context Protocol server that brings calorie tracking directly into your AI conversations. With Kairo, you can read meal history, check macronutrient breakdowns, monitor your weight, and log new meals—all from within ChatGPT, Claude, or any MCP-compatible assistant.

Kairo runs as a remote hosted service at https://mcp.kairocalories.com/mcp, so there's nothing to install or configure on your machine. The latest release is v1.2.0, and authentication is not required to get started.

Kairo is listed in the Communication category on mcp.site and works with MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain Kairo, you're welcome to claim this listing to verify ownership and keep the information up to date.
