Overview

Formy is a Model Context Protocol server that lets you read your Formy forms and responses through OAuth integration. Instead of manually copying data between applications, AI assistants can access Formy as a set of callable tools, making form management seamless within your workflow.

The server runs as a hosted remote endpoint at https://formy.co.il/mcp with no local installation required. Authentication uses OAuth, and the latest release is v1.0.0. Visit https://formy.co.il/developers/mcp for full technical documentation.

Formy is listed in the Communication category on mcp.site and works with any MCP client including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, and others. If you maintain Formy, claim this listing to verify ownership and keep the information up to date.
