Overview

Formist is an MCP server that automates the completion of sustainability compliance forms including CBAM, GHG, CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, CDP and others. By exposing these capabilities through the Model Context Protocol, it allows AI assistants to fill forms programmatically as callable tools rather than requiring manual data entry across multiple systems.

Formist runs as a hosted remote service at https://api.formist.ai/mcp with no local installation needed. No authentication is required to connect. The current release is v1.0.0.

Formist is listed in the AI & Agents category on mcp.site and works with all major MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain Formist at formist.ai, claim this listing to verify ownership and keep information up to date.
