Overview

Fitness AI Connector is an MCP server that brings your Garmin health data into Claude and ChatGPT through the Garmin Health API. It uses OAuth sign-in, so you never share passwords with third parties. Once connected, AI assistants can access your fitness data as tools they invoke on your behalf.

The server runs remotely at https://garmin-mcp-nuqd.onrender.com/mcp, so there's nothing to install locally. Point your MCP client to that endpoint and you're ready to go. Version 2.0.0 is available under the MIT license, with source code at fmp-projects/fitness-ai-connector on GitHub.
