DepScout

Overview

DepScout is a Model Context Protocol server that scans packages and lockfiles across npm, PyPI, Go, Maven, Cargo, and NuGet for vulnerabilities and malware. It integrates directly with AI assistants to expose security scanning as tools they can invoke automatically on your behalf.

The server runs as a remote endpoint at https://depscout.salesup.workers.dev/mcp with no local installation required and no authentication needed. Version v1.0.0 is currently available.
