depot.fitness

Overview

depot.fitness is a Model Context Protocol server that gives AI assistants access to search across 101 structured strength-training programs, exercises, and guides. Any MCP-compatible model can call depot.fitness tools directly during conversations or agent runs, letting the model decide when to tap into this fitness knowledge base.

It runs as a hosted remote server — connect your client to https://nihheurtdimdezbhrdba.supabase.co/functions/v1/mcp with no local installation needed. The current release is v0.1.0, and no authentication is required to get started.

depot.fitness appears in the Development category on mcp.site and integrates with MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Zed, and others. Maintainers are invited to claim this listing to verify ownership, earn the Verified badge, and keep information up to date.
