Crafting Step by Step

Overview

Crafting Step by Step is an MCP server that lets you search and cite step-by-step papercraft and craft tutorials directly from your AI assistant. It retrieves detailed instructions along with tools, supplies lists, and video credits, so you can research projects without leaving your workspace.

The server runs remotely at https://www.craftingstepbystep.com/api/mcp with no authentication required and no local installation needed. Simply point your MCP client to that endpoint and you're ready to go. Version 1.0.0 is the latest release.

Crafting Step by Step is listed in the Development category on mcp.site and works with all MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain this server, claim your listing to verify ownership and keep information up to date.
