Overview

Athlete Diary is a Model Context Protocol server that brings your workout log directly into chat. Track your exercise history, monitor progress and personal records, log muscle volume and body weight changes, and manage your training programs—all accessible through AI assistants as built-in tools.

The server runs as a remote endpoint at https://athletediary.app/mcp, requiring no local installation or authentication. Version v1.1.0 is currently available. Simply point your MCP client to the endpoint to start logging workouts in conversation.

Athlete Diary appears in the Communication category on mcp.site and works with Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, Zed, and other MCP clients. If you maintain Athlete Diary, claim this listing to verify ownership, earn the Verified badge, and keep information up to date.
