Overview

Wisdomgraph is a Model Context Protocol server that provides Neo4j-native DIKW memory for Claude Code, enabling knowledge that compounds across sessions. Any MCP-compatible AI assistant can invoke its tools directly, with the model deciding when to use them during conversations or agent runs.

The server runs locally via the npm package wisdomgraph, communicating over stdio on your machine. You'll need to set the WISDOM_NEO4J_PASSWORD environment variable to authenticate.
