Overview

Whoop Mcp is a Model Context Protocol server that gives you full read and write access to your Whoop fitness data through the private iOS API. It exposes 48 tools that let AI assistants query and modify your fitness tracking information on your behalf.

The server runs locally via the npm package @briangaoo/whoop-mcp and communicates over stdio with your machine.
