Overview

UK Break Clause Analyzer is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Assess UK lease tenant break clauses with grounded citations and a measured hallucination rate. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call UK Break Clause Analyzer's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.
