Tripadvisor Mcp

Overview

Tripadvisor Mcp is a Model Context Protocol server that connects AI assistants to TripAdvisor location search, details, photos, and reviews through the Terra API. Instead of switching between apps, your Claude Desktop, Cursor, or other MCP client can call these tools directly as part of your workflow.

The server runs locally via the npm package @chrischall/tripadvisor-mcp, communicating over stdio. You'll need to provide a TRIPADVISOR_API_KEY environment variable to authenticate with the TripAdvisor service. Version v0.4.0 is available under the MIT license, with full source code on GitHub at chrischall/tripadvisor-mcp.
