Transcode

Overview

Transcode is a Model Context Protocol server that brings Japan market intelligence directly into your AI workflow. With 22 integrated tools and access to 10 government and exchange data sources, any MCP-compatible AI assistant can tap into real-time Japanese market data and economic indicators when you need them.

Run Transcode locally using npx -y transcode-mcp-server. You'll need to provide JAPAN_INTELLIGENCE_API_URL and JI_API_KEY via environment variables to authenticate with the intelligence API. The server communicates with your MCP client over stdio, and the latest stable release is v1.0.1. Source code is available at hiroshic9-png/japan-intelligence-api on GitHub.
