Overview

Totem is an MCP server that connects your wearables to AI. It gives Claude and other AI assistants direct access to your Whoop fitness data through 48 dedicated tools, letting you analyze workouts, recovery, and health metrics in natural conversation.

Totem runs locally on your machine via the npm package @briangaoo/totem. Install it with npx -y @briangaoo/totem and configure three environment variables: WHOOP_IOS_BEARER_TOKEN, WHOOP_COGNITO_REFRESH_TOKEN, and WHOOP_EMAIL.
