Overview

Topos is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Structural code-quality tools for AI coding agents. Because it speaks the Model Context Protocol, AI assistants can use Topos as a set of callable tools instead of you copy-pasting between apps.

It runs locally: the Python package topos-mcp (via uvx) speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v0.5.1, published under the BSD-3-Clause license, with source at Krv-Labs/topos on GitHub, where it has earned 24 stars.
