TaskChampion MCP

Overview

TaskChampion MCP is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: MCP server for Taskwarrior 3.x, TaskChampion, and Timewarrior task management. Because it speaks the Model Context Protocol, AI assistants can use TaskChampion MCP as a set of callable tools instead of you copy-pasting between apps.

It runs locally: the Python package taskchampion-mcp (via uvx) speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v1.0.4, published under the Apache-2.0 license, with source at GabiUp2/TaskChampion_MCP on GitHub.
