Switchboard

Overview

Switchboard is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Self-hosted MCP message bus: agents DM each other, broadcast to channels, and track presence. Because it speaks the Model Context Protocol, AI assistants can use Switchboard as a set of callable tools instead of you copy-pasting between apps.

It runs locally: the Docker image ghcr.io/jemplayer82/mcp-switchboard:latest speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v1.4.0, published under the AGPL-3.0 license, with source at Jemplayer82/mcp-switchboard on GitHub.
