SkyGlance — What's Flying Above You

Overview

SkyGlance is an MCP server that brings real-time aircraft tracking into your AI assistant. It lets you check what planes are flying above you, see their identities and routes, and browse your own sighting history—all through natural language queries instead of switching between apps.

The server runs locally on your machine via the uvx package manager with the command uvx skyglance. It requires no authentication and works immediately after installation, communicating with your MCP client over stdio. The latest release is v0.2.1, published under the MIT license with source code available at darshjoshi/skyglance-mcp on GitHub.
