Overview

Skillproof is a Model Context Protocol server that lets you verify whether a Claude Code skill has been tested and works before you install it. Instead of manually checking skill quality, your AI assistant can call Skillproof as a native tool, streamlining the evaluation process directly within your workflow.

The server runs locally via the npm package skillproof-mcp, communicating over stdio without requiring any credentials or setup beyond installation. Install it with npx -y skillproof-mcp. The latest release is v1.0.1, published under the MIT license with source code available at Skillproofdev/skillproof-mcp on GitHub.
