shuck-convert

Overview

shuck-convert is a Model Context Protocol server that converts between document formats. It transforms DOCX and PDF files into Markdown, and converts Markdown back into DOCX format. By running as an MCP server, it exposes these conversion capabilities as tools that AI assistants can invoke directly.

The server runs locally on your machine via the Python package shuck-convert, installed with uvx shuck-convert. It communicates over MCP stdio and requires no authentication or external credentials.
