Shield Kya

Overview

Shield Kya is a Model Context Protocol server that implements a KYA (Know Your Customer) gate for evaluating, ingesting, and requesting approvals. It acts as a policy enforcement point within Shield, allowing AI assistants to invoke KYA workflows as tools during conversations.

The server runs locally via the npm package @shield-agent/kya, communicating over stdio with your MCP client. You'll need to provide KYA_BASE_URL and KYA_API_KEY as environment variables for authentication.
