Overview

Settled is a Model Context Protocol server that lets AI agents verify x402 endpoints before making payments. It checks payTo addresses, validates test purchases, and retrieves payee and buyer reports—giving your assistant confidence that a transaction is legitimate before committing funds. Any MCP-compatible AI can call Settled's tools directly, letting the model decide when verification is needed.

You can use Settled hosted at https://settled.tools/mcp with no setup, or install it locally via npx -y settled-x402. The latest release is v0.2.1 and requires an API Key for authentication. Learn more at https://settled.tools/for-agents.
