Seedfast

Overview

Seedfast is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Generates relationally valid test data in a PostgreSQL database from its live schema. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the npm package seedfast speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need SEEDFAST_API_KEY. The current release is v2.6.3.
