Overview

SearXNG Search is an MCP server that brings privacy-respecting web search capabilities to your AI assistant. It provides web search with pagination support and the ability to read URLs directly, giving Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients access to real-time information without compromising your privacy.

The server runs locally on your machine via the npm package mcp-searxng, communicating with your MCP client over stdio.
