SchemaBrain

Overview

SchemaBrain is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: The trust and intelligence layer between AI agents and your database. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call SchemaBrain's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.

It runs locally: the Python package schemabrain (via uvx) speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need DATABASE_URL. The current release is v0.6.0, published under the Apache-2.0 license, with source at Arun-kc/schemabrain on GitHub.
