Rive Mcp

Overview

Rive Mcp is a free, editor-less Model Context Protocol server that lets you create, edit, inspect, render and preview .riv animations directly from AI assistants. Instead of switching between tools, Claude and other MCP clients can call Rive as a native set of tools.

The server runs locally on your machine via npx -y rive-mcp-server with no authentication required. It speaks MCP over stdio using the npm package rive-mcp-server. The latest release is v0.5.0, and the source is available at ODU33104/rive-mcp on GitHub.
