Repo Cartographer

Overview

Repo Cartographer is an MCP server that maps any repository into an architecture diagram using Mermaid or Graphviz format. It also enforces architecture rules in CI pipelines, helping you visualize codebase structure and maintain architectural standards automatically. By speaking the Model Context Protocol, it lets AI assistants call these capabilities as tools rather than requiring manual context switching.

Run it locally using npx -y repo-cartographer with no authentication required. The server communicates over stdio and works out of the box. The latest release is v1.0.1 under MIT license, with source code available at builditwithgk/repo-cartographer on GitHub.
