Rekindle

Overview

Rekindle is a Model Context Protocol server that preserves session continuity across conversations. It captures boot reports, tracks orientation scoring, and stores session data in SQLite, allowing AI assistants to maintain context and memory between interactions. By exposing these capabilities through MCP, any compatible client can invoke Rekindle's tools to strengthen conversation coherence and agent persistence.

The server runs locally on your machine via the npm package rekindle, communicating over stdio without requiring any credentials. Version v0.2.1 is available now under the MIT license, with full source code at Skitchy/rekindle on GitHub.
