RASON

Overview

RASON is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: Build, solve, and analyze RASON optimization, simulation, data science, and decision models. Because it speaks the Model Context Protocol, AI assistants can use RASON as a set of callable tools instead of you copy-pasting between apps.

It runs locally: the npm package @frontlinesystems/rason-mcp-server speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. Configuration happens through environment variables — you'll need RASON_BEARER_TOKEN. The current release is v2026.5.5.
