Rag

Overview

Rag is an MCP server that brings retrieval-augmented generation capabilities to your AI assistant. It combines hybrid search with multi-knowledge base support and AI-powered chunk contextualization, letting Claude, Cursor, VS Code, and other MCP clients retrieve and reason over your documents intelligently.

The server runs locally via the NuGet package FieldCure.Mcp.Rag, installed with dnx FieldCure.Mcp.Rag --yes. It communicates over stdio and requires an API key for authentication. Version v2.5.1 is available now under the MIT license, with full source code at fieldcure/fieldcure-mcp-rag on GitHub.
