Overview

Pwsh Exec Mcp is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: A minimal, transparent PowerShell 7 MCP for Windows — one tool: raw exit code, stdout, stderr. As an MCP server it plugs straight into AI assistants, exposing its functionality as tools the model can invoke on your behalf.

It runs locally: the Python package pwsh-exec (via uvx) speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v1.0.1, published under the MIT license, with source at Jason26214/pwsh-exec-mcp on GitHub.
