Packet Tracer Mcp

Overview

Packet Tracer Mcp is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server: MCP server for Cisco Packet Tracer 9 — live IOS, OSPF, BGP, NAT, VLAN, VoIP, QoS, IPv6, wireless. In practice that means any MCP-compatible AI assistant can call Packet Tracer Mcp's tools directly — the model decides when to use them in a conversation or agent run.

It runs locally: the npm package packet-tracer-mcp speaks MCP over stdio on your machine. No credentials are required — it works out of the box. The current release is v0.1.1, published under the MIT license, with source at Jcorderop02/packet-tracer-mcp on GitHub.
