Ouramcp

Overview

Ouramcp is a privacy-first, unofficial Model Context Protocol server that connects AI agents to Oura health data. It enables Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients to access sleep, activity, heart-rate, and wellness metrics as callable tools, bridging your Oura Ring data directly into AI workflows without manual copying between applications.

The server runs locally via the npm package oura-mcp-unofficial, installed with npx -y oura-mcp-unofficial. It requires an Oura API Key for authentication. Version v0.4.6 is published under the MIT license with source code available at davidmosiah/oura-mcp on GitHub.
