Oura Ring

Overview

Oura Ring is an MCP server that connects the Oura Ring API v2 to your AI assistant. It exposes sleep, activity, readiness, heart rate, and workout data as callable tools, so Claude, Cursor, and other MCP clients can query your ring's insights without manual data entry.

The server runs locally via the npm package @yasuakiomokawa/oura-mcp (install with npx -y @yasuakiomokawa/oura-mcp). You'll need an Oura Ring API key to authenticate. The latest release is v0.2.13, available under the MIT license from YasuakiOmokawa/oura-mcp on GitHub.

Oura Ring belongs in the Development category on mcp.site and works with MCP clients including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain this project, claim your listing to verify ownership and keep its details accurate.
