Overview

Otp Ojp is a Model Context Protocol server that validates, introspects, and parses talent profiles and job postings in the Open Talent Protocol and Open Job Posting formats. It lets AI assistants work with these structured data types as callable tools, eliminating manual copy-pasting between applications.

The server runs locally on your machine via the npm package @opentalentprotocol/mcp-server, communicating over stdio. No authentication or external credentials are required. Version v0.1.1 is available now, with full source code hosted at neogene-ai/otp-ojp-mcp-server on GitHub.
