Openswissdata

Overview

Openswissdata is a Model Context Protocol server that connects AI assistants to Swiss business and regulatory data. It provides access to Swiss customs records via TARES, the FINMA financial registry, and NOGA/NACE/ISIC industry classifications through nine callable MCP tools. A free tier makes it accessible for development and integration work.

Run Openswissdata as a hosted service at https://mcp.openswissdata.com/jsonrpc with no local setup required, or install it locally on your machine using npx -y @openswissdata/mcp. Authentication uses an API key. The latest release is v0.2.1, maintained at cammac-creator/openswissdata on GitHub.

Openswissdata is listed in the Development category on mcp.site and works with any MCP client including Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf, and Zed. If you maintain this server, claim your listing to earn the Verified badge and ensure the information stays accurate.
