Overview

OpenOSINT is an AI-powered OSINT agent that runs as a Model Context Protocol server, bringing 16 open-source intelligence tools directly into your AI assistant. It exposes email lookup, breach databases, IP reconnaissance, WHOIS queries, DNS inspection, Shodan integration, GitHub search, and more as tools your AI can invoke on demand.

The server runs locally on your machine as a Python package installed via uvx openosint, communicating with your MCP client over stdio. You'll need to provide an ANTHROPIC_API_KEY environment variable for operation.
