Omophub Mcp

Overview

Omophub Mcp is a Model Context Protocol server that lets AI agents search, lookup, map, and navigate OMOP medical vocabularies. Instead of manual data entry between tools, your AI assistant can call Omophub Mcp directly as a set of integrated tools for clinical concept mapping and FHIR terminology work.

The server runs locally via the npm package @omophub/omophub-mcp, communicating over stdio. You'll need to provide an OMOPHUB_API_KEY environment variable to authenticate. Version 1.1.0 is the latest release, distributed under the MIT license with source code available at OMOPHub/omophub-mcp on GitHub.
